Shipping method

Mister-Hifi sends your order exclusively via renowned parcel delivery companies. For this we work with PostNL and DHL. If you live nearby, we will deliver your order to your home. Of course it is also possible to collect the products you ordered from us by appointment. On the day of dispatch you will receive a dispatch notification from us by e-mail with the track and trace number of the shipment.

Delivery charge

The shipping costs are automatically calculated by our webshop and shown on the checkout page.

Delivery times

Many of the products on our website are actually in stock. We will do everything we can to deliver your product as soon as possible. This is usually 2-4 working days. It is possible that the product you ordered is not in stock with us. Products that are not in stock usually have a delivery time of 4-15 working days. If a product (colour/version) is not in stock, we will contact you in good time about the delivery time of the order. No rights can be derived by the buyer from the delivery times and stocks stated on this website.

If the delivery time of the ordered item is longer than 15 working days, we will contact you to see if the order should still be delivered or if you want to cancel the order. In case of cancellation, the amount already paid via our webshop will be refunded within 2 working days.

Return purchase

Still not satisfied? You can return your purchase to us. if the product was ordered via the webshopTo this end we use the Right of withdrawal (Distance Selling)This means that you can return the product in its entirety (including all accessories) within 14 days and cancel the contract without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us (Mister-Hifi, Keizersdijk 36, 4941 GG Raamsdonksveer, telephone number 06-55553447, email address [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

The product must be undamaged and in the original and undamaged packaging. Returns can be sent to our postal address, as stated above.

It is permitted to use the product (exclusively for evaluation) for the purpose for which it is intended, within the inspection period. This is to be able to assess whether the product meets expectations. The packaging must be opened in the manner prescribed by the manufacturer. If the product is damaged due to incorrect use during the inspection period, Mister-Hifi is obliged to charge the customer for the reduction in value of the product. If you return a product within the inspection period of 14 days, the purchase and the resulting obligations between the parties are automatically dissolved.

The risk of loss, damage or theft of a return shipment always lies with the sender. In the case of a return shipment, this risk therefore always lies with the customer. Mister-Hifi cannot do anything or mediate in this. We therefore advise you to return the product insured and registered to our postal address, as stated below on the page.

Refund policy

When we have received the product back with the accompanying invoice/packing slip, we will process the refund within a few working days to the IBAN account number you provided. Never return products to us unannounced. Always contact us via the Contact form or by telephone.
