We have divided the products on sale into four categories: webshop return, demo products, used products and products with an open box. We explain what you can expect from these products per category.

It sometimes happens that we receive traded-in hifi equipment. We pay extra attention to these products, because they have been used before. Before they go on sale here as high-end audio, they are thoroughly checked.
