About the Quad Artera Solus Play All-in-one
The Quad Artera Solus Play combines a CD Transport, DAC, Preamplifier and Power Amplifier in a single chassis. To ensure the highest quality in one unit, both the preamplifier and power amplifier sections have short and direct signal paths to maintain sonic purity.
The Class AB power amplifier section is capable of delivering 75 watts per channel into 8 ohms.
On the rear of the unit, both analog and digital inputs and outputs are available. The analog and digital inputs include two optical, two coaxial and one USB B connection, and one pair of RCA phono inputs. With the option to output via RCA phono. Or a balanced XLR, you can easily and conveniently connect to existing equipment.
What makes this one so special? Play-Fi DTS is integrated into the Solus. You can now stream in high resolution with the Play-Fi app. This now opens the door to multi-room possibilities, ideal for you audiophiles. The Artera Solus is already a solid performer, so there is no doubt that this will be a success.
Who is Quad?
Quad is a highly respected manufacturer of quality hi-fi electronics and loudspeakers. They have been developing award-winning audiophile quality products for over 80 years.
