The Thorens TD402 DD turntable offers all-in-one convenience out of the box. This beautiful Thorens turntable is equipped with a Direct Drive motor for stable synchronisation and has an integrated phono preamplifier.

The TD 402 DD turntable provides all the comforts. The new TP 72 tonearm, made of carbon, has a detachable headshell with an Audio-Technica AT-VM95E element mounted in it. If you want, you can always mount a different type of element yourself.

The operation of this Thorens turntable is simple. An Auto Start and Auto Stop function are available and a phono preamplifier is already built in. The TD 402 DD turntable can therefore be connected to any amplifier or active speaker. This phono preamplifier can be switched off if desired, handy for those who own a separate phono stage.

Thanks to the stable and extremely quiet direct drive of the turntable, the Thorens TD 402DD delivers a dynamic, correct reproduction of vinyl. The feet under the player also have a damping effect, so that you experience less negative vibrations that are transferred by the surface on which the Thorens is placed. Of course, a dust cover and power supply are included. Also available in black.
